1. Who we are

JRose Solution (“JRose”, “we”, “us”) operates this website from 61 Uitkyk straat, Lutzville, 8165. Contact: info@jrose.co.za · 078 726 2271.

By creating an account, submitting an application, staff request, supplier registration, quotation or contact form, you agree to these terms and to the processing of personal information described below.

2. POPIA

We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We only collect what we need for the purpose you gave it for, keep it securely, and do not sell it.

Depending on what you submit, this may include names, contact details, identity or company numbers, CVs, certificates, job history, company profiles, quotations and related documents.

3. Candidates — securing work

If you are a job seeker or applicant, you consent that JRose may use your personal information and documents to:

• match you to open roles and vacancies;
• share relevant details with employers or clients for recruitment;
• contact you about applications, interviews and placement;
• keep a record of applications so you can follow progress on the site.

Finding work on JRose is free for candidates. You may ask us to update or delete your information, subject to any legal or operational need to keep a record of a past application.

4. Businesses — securing opportunities

If you register as a business, employer or supplier, or submit a staff request, RFQ or tender response, you consent that JRose may use your company and contact information to:

• run recruitment searches and present suitable candidates;
• list or match you to RFQs, tenders and supply opportunities in your categories;
• share quotation and company details with the relevant buying organisation where you respond;
• administer accounts, plans, payments and support.

You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the company named.

5. Sharing and security

We share information only where needed to place people, assess quotations, or meet a legal duty — for example with the employer or organisation behind a vacancy, RFQ or tender. We take reasonable steps to protect data stored on our systems and through payment partners such as PayFast.

6. Your rights

Under POPIA you may request access to your personal information, ask for correction, or object to certain processing. Write to info@jrose.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) if you believe your rights have been breached.

7. Website use

Listings and closing dates are provided in good faith but may change. Paid plans and urgent vacancy options are described on the pricing and hire pages. We may update these terms; the version on this page is the current one.
